2024年5月16日，捷克卫生部颁布法令No. 141/2023-关于不含烟草的尼古丁袋，该法令主要规定：1）对不含烟草的尼古丁袋（以下简称“尼古丁袋”）的成分、外观、质量和特性的要求；2）尼古丁袋的标签和警告语，包括禁用元素和特征；3）尼古丁袋生产商和进口商通告义务的方法、时限和范围。该法令在2023年7月1日起生效。
