2019年3月22日，根据《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》及《产品质量国家监督抽查管理办法》等规定，市场监管总局结合现有财政专项经费规模、现行标准和检验检测技术能力情况，充分采纳各方意见，将公众关注度较高的产品全部纳入国家监督抽查计划，突出涉及人体健康和人身、财产安全的产品，影响国计民生的重要工业产品，以及消费者、有关组织反映有质量问题的重点产品，组织制定了《2019年产品质量国家监督抽查计划》。

2016 年1 月21 日，中华人民共和国工业和信息化部等八部门公布了“中国RoHS”《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用管理办法》。

近日，国际服装及鞋类限用物质清单管理工作小组（Apparel and Footwear International RSL Management Group, AFIRM）发布了2019版限用物质清单。《AFIRM RSL》可为供应商提供化学物质知识和管理参考，为遵守AFIRM成员化学品限制规定奠定基础, 提供产品测试的公共基础。

Recently, the EU Official Gazette issued the Directive (EU) 2019/37, amending Annex I and Annex III of the Food Contact Plastics Material (EU) No 10/2011, which was officially implemented on January 31, 2019. Relevant materials and products that have been placed on the market before the effective date are allowed to be circulated in the market before January 31, 2020.
